I am fascinated by the incredible foundation we parents can lay for our children's health and well-being in the early years.

My work combines a scientific approach and natural parenting!

The three main approaches on which my work is based:

  1. Scientific approach: research-proven information and internationally recognized recommendations.
  2. Natural parenting: raising and feeding a child based on his natural psychological and physiological needs.
  3. The 1000 days concept: the foundations of a person’s psychological and physiological health are laid in the first 1000 days of his/her life and have a long-term effect (lifelong effect!). The first 1000 days are pregnancy and the first 2 years of the child’s life.

Breastfeeding is an essential tool of motherhood. It lays the foundation for both physical and psychological health, builds attachment and bonding with mum. Breastfeeding is central to the 1000 days concept.
