 Terms of Service

The Terms of Service of the portal www.laktkursi.com define the conditions and rules for using the services available on the portal, which are obligatory for all visitors and portal users.

Terms used in the Rules of Service:

E-shop – denotes a website on the Internet with the domain name www.laktkursi.com, which is an online store.                

Seller – Aleksandra Nekrasova (Aleksandra Ņekrasova), Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, self-employed person (reg. num. 12705) who offers her services on the portal www.laktkursi.com and whose work is determined by the current laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.                                    

Rules – rules for using the e-shop.                             

Portal User – a natural or legal person who uses or visits the portal.                                    

Client –  a natural or legal person who makes a purchase on the laktkursi.com portal.                     

Service  – the  offered product in the Services section on the Internet website www.laktkursi.com, which the Client receives from the Seller when making a purchase.                                         

General terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between the Portal User and the Seller (self-employed person (reg. num. 12705) Aleksandra Nekrasova (Aleksandra Ņekrasova)). By accessing, viewing or using www.laktkursi.com, the Portal User acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions and undertakes to comply with them and other laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia, which regulate legal relations between the Seller and the Portal User, between the Seller and the Client.

Use of www.laktkursi.com is deemed to be each Portal User's full acceptance of these terms and conditions, including all changes to them. The Seller may revise these Terms of Use and any other information contained on this portal at any time without notice. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on www.laktkursi.com. Seller may also make improvements or changes to the products or services available at www.laktkursi.com without notice and at any time. Changes in the terms and conditions that occur after placing the Customer’s order do not apply to the placed order. The service is provided to the Client on the basis of the version of the rules that were in force at the time the Client placed the order.

All e-shop Services are provided for residents of the European Union only.

Online courses offered in the e-shop and articles available at www.laktkursi.com, as well as the website www.laktkursi.com and all information on this website are protected by the Copyright Law of the Republic of Latvia and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Copyright Treaty (CTA)Responsibility for violation of the law is stipulated for by the Criminal Law of the Republic of Latvia (Articles 148 and 149).

The Client undertakes not to share or forward to other persons the links received to the email address submitted when placing the order, which provide the opportunity to receive the Service (online courses and support groups). All Services offered in the e-shop are permitted to be used within one household.


The terms of use and provision of each Service are described in the Services section in the description of a specific Service. The Client undertakes to read this description. By purchasing the Service, the Client agrees to the terms of use of the Service specified in the description of the Service.

The Seller is not responsible for the Client's inability to receive the Service in case of extraordinary circumstances which the Seller cannot influence. The Seller is not responsible for possible technical problems that may occur on the websites used by the Seller and the Client, which are intermediaries for communication between the Seller and the Client, as well as on the websites that provide access to the Services.  

In case of consultations, the Client and the Seller undertake to contact each other at a pre-agreed time, being no more than 15 minutes late. It is possible to reschedule a consultation no more than 2 times by notifying the Client or Seller no later than 2 hours before the pre-agreed consultation time.

The Client undertakes not to distribute or share with other persons audio, video and photo materials created by the Seller and received during the period of receiving such Services as consultations, online support, online courses and support groups. The Client undertakes to use these materials for personal use only. The Seller is not responsible for incorrect use and adherence of recommendations and misinterpretation of the received information.

Order placement and lead time

All prices on www.laktkursi.com are quoted in EUR (euro) and include all applicable taxes. Upon purchase, it is necessary to pay the Service fee specified in the e-shop. Payment is made before receiving the Service. The Service is provided after payment has been received.

In the case of the following Services (consultation, online supportthe Client undertakes to contact the Seller prior to making the payment to clarify the possibility of receiving the Service remotely and to agree on the time of receiving the Service. If the Client has paid for consultation or online support without prior agreement, the Seller may refuse to provide consultation or online support if the Seller sees that face-to-face consultation is necessary or there is no available appointment time for the next 2 weeks or the Client wants to receive support or advice on a matter outside the professional qualification of the Seller.


An order can be placed and the Service can be received by a resident of the European Union who has reached the age of 18.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or in internet bank (Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, SEB, Swedbank) or by Apple Pay (using web browser Safari).

Delivery

After placing the order and making the payment, the Client will receive confirmation at the email submitted when placing the order that the purchase has been completed.

Links to access the online courses will be received by the Client remotely to the email address submitted at the time of order placement. If the access links have not been received within 24 hours of placing the order or if the access links received do not open, the Client should notify the Seller by e-mail to [email protected]. Consultations, support groups and online support are provided remotely at a pre-agreed time, by a pre-agreed method of providing the Service (website, closed group on social networks, communication through social networks, email, applications, telephone or other). 


If the Client is late for a consultation 3 times or does not show up for one consultation without notifying the Seller in advance, or does not contact the Seller within 2 weeks after the payment has been made, the Seller may refuse to provide the Service without refunding the payment. If, while waiting for the agreed time and day of consultation, the problem with which the Client contacted the Seller was resolved or The Client has decided to refuse the Service (consultation, online support) before receiving it, and payment was made for the Service, it is possible to get a refund of the money paid or the unused Service can be received within 2 months after date of payment for the order, having consulted on another issue or problem within the professional qualification of the Seller.

Purchase returns

Payment for the Services (consultation, online support) is refundable within 14 calendar days to the Client's bank account from which the order was paid, after receipt of the Client's cancellation if the Service was not used. Cancellation of the order can be sent by e-mail, indicating your contact details (name, surname, country, telephone number, e-mail address), as well as the order number, date of the order, bank account and bank details. The refusal must be sent to e-mail [email protected] no later than within 14 calendar days from the planned date of receipt of the Service, if it has been determined, or within 14 calendar days from the date of ordering and payment, if a specific date of receipt of the Service is not determined. Payment for the Services (online courses and support groups)  is not refundable because this Services are protected by copyright (online courses and materials provided in support groups).

Privacy

By placing an order, the person agrees to the processing (use) of data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, which is performed by the Seller and which will be used to provide the Services offered on the portal www.laktkursi.com. Aleksandra Nekrasova (Aleksandra Ņekrasova) is committed to protecting Portal User's/Client's privacy and personal data, and undertakes not to disclose or share the personal information Portal User/Client provided to third parties. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, correctness and validity of the information provided by the Portal User/Client in the registration form.

When placing an order, Client should specify an active email address accessible to the Client.

Portal Users are asked to provide their personal information, as this is necessary to provide Portal Users with the highest level of Service. The specified information can be used to send up-to-date information, order acceptance information and other. By making a purchase, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Dispute resolution and liability of the parties

All disputes and disagreements arising in the course of placing an order and providing the Service shall be resolved by the Parties (Client and Seller) through negotiations. If the Parties cannot reach an agreement on the disputed issues through negotiations, they shall invite a certified mediator to resolve the dispute. The above does not deprive the Parties of the right to refer the dispute to the court of the Republic of Latvia.

Final regulations

Issues not covered by this Agreement shall be resolved by the Parties (Client and Seller) in accordance with current legislation and legal regulations. In all other matters not stipulated by the provisions of this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The terms of use come into force on August 08, 2024.

Privacy Policy 


General terms and conditions

The Privacy Policy describes how www.laktkursi.com uses and protects the information that the Client provides when placing an order or using the Service, as well as the Portal User when visiting the portal. When www.laktkursi.com asks to provide any information, it is used, processed and stored in accordance with this policy.

Self-employed person (reg. no. 12705), certified breastfeeding specialist Aleksandra Nekrasova (Aleksandra Ņekrasova) (hereinafter "Seller") undertakes to protect and respect Portal User's/Client's privacy. The Seller shall make every effort to ensure that the processing of personal data carried out by it complies with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand the purposes for which your data is collected and used.

Personal data

The Seller may collect, store and use the following personal data:

  • Information about the Portal User's/Client’s computer and visit and use of the website www.laktkursi.com (including your computer’s IP address, geographic location, Internet browser type).
  • Information about any transactions that occurred between the Client and www.laktkursi.com (including information related to orders).
  • Information that the Portal User/Client specifies when registering on the service.
  • Information that the Portal User/Client provides in order to apply for the Services or to receive messages about completed forms.
  • Any other information that the Client wishes to send or share to the Seller during the entire communication period, including personal and medical information. This information is collected using the Seller's consultation recording forms and any correspondence the Client has with the Seller in writing via email, text messages, social media, websites, online forms, communication applications, and verbally over the phone, via social media, websites, communication applications, and verbally via calls, video calls, audio recordings or video recordings.
  • The Seller collects information about the Client in order for the Seller to plan, implement and evaluate the care provided to the Client and the Client's child, and for the Seller to record evidence of any communication and interaction with the Client.
  •  The Seller undertakes to store this data securely. The data is stored on electronic devices and cloud storages. The Seller will make every effort to ensure secure storage of the Portal User's/Client's data, which may include password protection, encryption and the use of anti-virus/firewall software.
  • This type of information will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client's consent, except when it is related to the Client's safety, the Client's protection or the protection of the society and:
  •          to the extent consistent with the regulations;
  •          in connection with any litigation;
  •        to protect Seller's and  Portal User's/Client's legal rights (including sharing information with others to prevent fraudulent activity).

The Seller may use the Portal User's/Client's personal data in order to:

  • Provide the opportunity for the Portal User/Client to use the Services available on the website www.laktkursi.com;
  • Manage the home page www.laktkursi.com;

  • Personalise the Services provided;

  • Send notices, invoices and make payments to the Client;

  • Send to the Portal User/Client emails to which the Portal User/Client has subscribed;

  • Send newsletters and other marketing messages to the Portal user/Client of the website;

  • Answer to questions and complaints from the Portal User/Client about the operation of the website www.laktkursi.com.

Records may be disclosed to indemnifiers and/or Seller's legal counsel in the event of a complaint or litigation.

With the Client's consent, the Seller will share the Client's personal information with other health care professionals involved in the care of the Client and Client's child.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. The latest version of the Privacy Policy published on the website www.laktkursi.com replaces all previous versions of the Privacy Policy.

While these security measures help to combat unauthorised access to data, www.laktkursi.com does not guarantee that customer data will not be accessed by third parties.

Links to other web pages

The Service may contain links to other sites or resources on the Global Internet. As www.laktkursi.com has no control over these websites and resources, the Portal User acknowledges and agrees that www.laktkursi.com is not responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible for the content available on such websites or resources. The Portal User and the Client further acknowledges and agrees that www.laktkursi.com and Seller is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by the use of or reliance on any content on any such web site or resource.

By using websites (social networks Instagram, Facebook, Zoom and others), applications (Whatsapp and others), email servers and by filling in Google forms, the operators of these websites, applications and email servers are responsible for the security of your data. The Seller is not responsible for the security of these sites and the risks associated with their use and the transmission of personal data through them. 

How long is personal data stored

In all cases, the Seller keeps the personal data of the Portal User and the Client for no longer than is necessary to fulfil specific purposes and in accordance with the laws and regulations.
